Description of Service

Zapedit is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to edit images on the web using AI technology. Users can blur backgrounds, remove backgrounds, enhance images, and perform custom AI-powered edits.

Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system
• Each image edit consumes 1 credit
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Credits do not expire
• All purchases are processed securely through LemonSqueezy

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for unused credits. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Edit images you don't have rights to use
• Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate deepfakes or deceptive media
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) remain the property of Zapedit. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of images you edit using the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the editing service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will meet your requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapedit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
